Referrals
We welcome referrals direct from solicitors or privately from individuals.
We will contact you to discuss your requirements within 24 hours

Appointments
An appointment is booked within 2 weeks of the referral.
The appointment takes place where it is convenient for you either at a home address, one of our consulting rooms, a solicitors or another mutually agreed location.
Assessments
We undertake capacity assessments in relation to Lasting Powers of Attorney, will creation, COP3 applications, PA14 assessments, and decisions relating to health, welfare, and financial matters. Each assessment is tailored to the specific legal and personal context of the referral and conducted in accordance with current clinical and legal standards.
Reports
Reports are clearly structured, objective, and delivered within 72 hours, supporting timely and informed decision-making for both professional and private referrals.
